Zusammenfassung
Nach einer gründlichen Analyse der Ohrmuschel werden systematisch die operativen Schritte der Ohrmuschel-Anlegeplastik dargestellt. Über eine retroaurikuläre Inzision erfolgt die operative Korrektur von drei relevanten Regionen: a, Anthelixfalte und Crus superius anthelicis, b, Cavum conchae, c, Cauda helicis und Ohrläppchen. Dabei werden vor allem fadengestützte Methoden beschrieben und graphisch dargestellt. Verschiedene Techniken der Ohrläppchenkorrektur werden kritisch diskutiert und deren jeweilige Indikation beschrieben.
