Ohrmuschelkorrektur ohne Hautschnitt – die Fadenmethode von Merck

Zusammenfassung

Die Fadenmethode nach Merck ist das erste Operationsverfahren zur Anlegung abstehender Ohren, das wirklich minimalinvasiv und geschlossen ist, weil das Ohr an keiner Stelle mehr durch Schnitte geöffnet, nirgendwo untertunnelt und der Knorpel nicht mehr geritzt oder andersartig bearbeitet wird. Die übriggebliebenen Traumatisierungen bestehen nur noch in retroaurikulären Stichinzisionen und Nadelstichen durch den Knorpel und die Haut auf der Vorderseite des Ohres. Das einzige formgebende und stabilisierende Element sind die unsichtbar im Ohr versenkten, nicht resorbierbaren Fäden. Aufgrund der speziellen Nahttechnik können alle abstehenden Ohren und häufig auch abstehende Ohrläppchen angelegt werden, was mit den bisherigen, reduziert-invasiven Techniken nicht möglich war. Ein großes Cavum conchae wird durch Medialverlagerung der Anthelix im Cavumbereich verkleinert.
