Kombination unterschiedlicher Nahttechniken zur Ohrmuschelkorrektur – die Technik von Berghaus

Zusammenfassung

Aggressive Schnitt- und Ritztechniken sollten wegen des Risikos bleibender Deformitäten bei der Ohrmuschelplastik vermieden werden. Alle Schritte der Operation können in der Regel durch Nahttechniken erfolgreich vorgenommen werden; dies gilt zum Teil auch für höhergradige Deformitäten. Ist im Anschluss an eine Operation mit Nahttechnik ausnahmsweise eine Nachkorrektur erforderlich, so ist sie aufgrund des vollständig erhaltenen Knorpels und der Schonung der Haut, die nicht reseziert wird, mit guten Erfolgsaussichten möglich.
