Zusammenfassung

Dieser Fall zeigt sehr anschaulich, dass eine gute Diagnostik immer auch die Symptomatik und den Allgemeinzustand des Patienten mit berücksichtigten sollte, bevor der Blick zum Monitoring wandert. Dieses ist zwar begleitend ebenfalls ein wichtiger diagnostischer Parameter, aber eben nicht der einzige.
