Zusammenfassung

Rickettsiosen werden von Bakterien der Gattung Ricketsia und Orientia verursacht. Drei Gruppen werden unterschieden, Zeckenbissfieberrickettsiosen, Fleckfieberrickettsiosen und das Tsutsugamushi-Fieber. Im Folgenden werden die unterschiedlichen Erkrankungen vorgestellt und die Diagnostik und Therapie besprochen.
