Zusammenfassung
Die Notfälle der Kinderonkologie lassen sich in erkrankungsassoziierte und therapieassoziierte Notfälle unterteilen. Erkrankungsassoziierte Notfälle umfassen vor allem den Mediastinaltumor, die Myelonkompression, die Hyperleukozytose und den Hirndruck. Therapieassoziierte Notfälle sind – abgesehen von lebensbedrohlichen Infektionen – insbesondere das Tumorlysesyndrom, Thrombosen, MTX-Ausscheidungsstörungen, Paravasate und andere Fehlapplikationen von Zytostatika.
