Abstract
In Chapter 5 we introduced our New Approach for Disruption Management, specifically, the Multi-Agent System (MAS) architecture that represents the AOCC and the Negotiation Protocol (GQN) we use as a decision mechanism. In this chapter we give more details about how we implement our new approach for disruption management in the airline domain. Information about the operational costs used, including direct and quality, are provided. We also show how we apply the decision mechanism referred on the previous chapter as well as the problem solving algorithms we have implemented.
