Zusammenfassung
Auf der Matte können Übungen, die sowohl Stabilität als auch Mobilität vom Patienten fordern, ausgeführt werden. Die Variationsmöglichkeiten der Übungen erstrecken sich von einfachen Übungen, wie z. B. unilateralen Skapulamuster, bis hin zu komplexen Bewegungsabläufen, die Stabilität und Mobilität gleichzeitig erfordern. Hierzu gehören Bewegungen wie z. B. das Kriechen oder das Gehen auf den Knien.
