Der postoperative Schmerz

Zusammenfassung

Die Einstellung zum Einsatz der sog. peripher wirkenden Analgetika zur Behandlung postoperativer Schmerzen hat sich in den letzten Jahren zunehmend gewandelt. Die früher bevorzugten Monotherapiekonzepte weichen mehr und mehr den neueren Vorstellungen über eine sog. „balanzierte Analgesie“, d. h. eine Kombination aus Opioiden, antipyretisch-antiphlogistischen Analgetika und/ oder rückenmarknahen Verfahren [25].
