Zusammenfassung

Zuverlässigkeitsanalysen in der Entwicklungsphase dienen in erster Linie der rechtzeitigen Erkennung und Beseitigung von Schwachstellen und der Durchführung von Vergleichsstudien. Sie umfassen die Berechnung der vorausgesagten Zuverlässigkeit (Ausfallraten-analyse), die systematische Untersuchung der Art und Auswirkung von Fehlern und Ausfällen (Ausfallartenanalyse) und die Überprüfung der Erfüllung von Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsrichtlinien bezüglich Zuverlässigkeit. In diesem Kapitel werden die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Berechnung der vorausgesagten Zuverlässigkeit sowie der Analyse der Art und Auswirkung von Ausfällen für elektronische (und elektromechanische) Geräte und Anlagen eingehend behandelt. Auf Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsrichtlinien bezüglich Zuverlässigkeit wird im Abschnitt 3.4 eingegangen. Für mechanische Betrachtungseinheiten werden die wichtigsten Untersuchungsmethoden vorgestellt. Die mathematischen Grundlagen zu diesen Ausführungen sind im Anhang A6 gegeben.
