Zusammenfassung
Daß Anatomie (Form) und Biomechanik (Funktion) engstens miteinander verknüpft sind, ist lange bekannt, aber durch die Arbeiten von We. Müller (1983, 1987) in besonderer Weise aktuell geworden. Die Ergebnisse der letzten Jahre sowohl über die Biomechanik der Bänder als auch über die Diagnostik und Therapie von Bandverletzungen des Kniegelenks haben zu weiteren Untersuchungen auch der Anatomie Anlaß gegeben.
