Abstract

I may be permitted to begin with a few general ideas. Social order is order in the way we live together. In its first, smallest form it is expressed in the peace which reigns between people or peoples who have no relationship other than this. To establish or maintain peace it is not necessary to have a common organisation, only common good will.
