Zusammenfassung

Auch wenn das Arbeitsrecht Singapurs in den vergangenen Jahren mehrfach reformiert wurde, um die Rechte der Arbeitnehmer zu stärken, so ist es doch noch immer recht arbeitgeberfreundlich ausgestaltet. Neben den arbeitsrechtlichen Grundlagen widmet sich dieses Kapitel ferner den unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten, eine Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis in Singapur zu erhalten.
