Zusammenfassung

Unsere Welt steht im Wandel. Wir als Menschen, Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte müssen heute scheinbar allzeit erreichbar, denkfähig und belastbar sein. Neue Technologien und die zunehmende Digitalisierung machen es möglich. Eben diese Technologien kommen immer schneller auf den Markt. Junge Unternehmen werden in kurzer Zeit zu ernstzunehmenden Marktteilnehmern und etablierte Unternehmen sehen sich diversen Herausforderungen gegenüber. Sie müssen den Markt im Auge behalten und ihre Produkte, Prozesse und Geschäftsmodelle innovieren. Im Optimalfall sind sie schneller als ihr Wettbewerb und stellen so sicher, den Anschluss nicht zu verpassen.
