Chatbots sind heute noch keine universellen Gesprächspartner. Sie stoßen vor allem inhaltlich schnell an ihre Grenzen. Dies liegt nicht an einer technischen Limitation, sondern vielmehr daran, dass die Konzeption eines Chatbots aufwändig ist.
