Zusammenfassung

Dieser Beitrag identifiziert das bewusste Aufdecken, Analysieren und Aufheben von Widersprüchen als einen Ansatz für erfolgreiche politische Partizipation. Er zeigt typische und häufig vorkommende Widersprüche in Partizipationsprozessen auf und die Notwendigkeit eines kommunikativen Zugangs, der als gemeinsamer Prozess angelegt werden muss. Durch Widerspruchsmanagement in diesem Sinne können Wege der Vermittlung entstehen und Partizipationsprozesse erfolgreich gestaltet werden.
