Re/escrituras de una Historia negra femenina desde Puerto Rico – las Negras de Yolanda Arroyo Pizarro (2012) y Fe en disfraz de Mayra Santos Febres (2009) en la tradición del neo-slave narrative

Zusammenfassung

Yolanda Arroyo Pizarro (*1970) und Mayra Santos Febres (*1966) zählen zu einer neuen Generation afro-puertorikanischer Schriftstellerinnen: Ausgehend von ihrer expliziten ethnischen und dekolonialen Positionierung lenken sie seit den 2000er Jahren in ihrer Prosa und Lyrik den Blick auf die Intersektion von Rasse, Geschlecht, Sexualität und Migration. Damit überwinden sie in ihren Texten sowohl ästhetisch als auch politisch das folkloristische Gründungswerk des puertorikanischen negrismo, Tuntún de pasa y grifería (1937, Luis Palés Matos), und spitzen den gesellschaftskritischen Anspruch der generación del 70 weiter zu. Zentrales Anliegen der aus der Perspektive afrikanischer und afrokaribischer Sklavinnen geschriebenen Kurzgeschichtensammlung las Negras (2012) und des Romans Fe en disfraz (2009) um die Historikerin Fe Verdejo, die ein einzigartiges Archiv an Selbstzeugnissen lateinamerikanischer Sklavinnen findet, ist es, die Geschichte/ n afro-puertorikanischer Frauen (neu) zu schreiben und ein schwarzes und weibliches kollektives Gedächtnis zu re/aktivieren.
