Zusammenfassung
Entscheidungen prägen den Alltag der Konsumenten. In diesen Situationen werden die Kunden von verschiedenen intra- und interpersonalen Entscheidungsfaktoren beeinflusst – die wissenschaftliche Erforschung der Rolle der Emotionen hat hierbei in den vergangenen Jahren an Relevanz gewonnen. Im folgenden Beitrag werden die Ergebnisse einer umfangreichen Untersuchung von Entscheidungssituationen dargestellt, die anhand physiologischer Indikatoren die Wirkung der Emotionen im Prozess belegt. Die strukturierte Analyse dieser empirisch gewonnenen Daten ermöglicht die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung der Multi-Channel-Kommunikation von Leistungsangeboten. Unternehmen können auf Basis dieser Erkenntnisse ihr Marketingmix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) genau auf die Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen der Kunden abstimmen.
