Zusammenfassung
Diese Arbeit hatte zum Ziel, die Frage zu beantworten, wie Nonprofit-Mikrofinanzorganisationen gemanagt werden müssen, um ihre sozialen Ziele im Kontext von institutioneller Pluralität auf lange Sicht zu erreichen. Hierfür wurde in einem ersten Schritt das Verständnis von Erfolg und Misserfolg von Nonprofit-Organisationen allgemein herausgearbeitet. Auf Basis dieses Erfolgsverständnisses wurde anschließend die Literatur zu Erfolgsfaktoren von Mikrofinanzorganisationen systematisiert.
