Zusammenfassung

Dieser Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit dem Transformationsprozess vom Produkthersteller zum Dienstleistungsanbieter. Im Zentrum steht das sogenannte Dienstleistungsorientierte Geschäftsmodell der Servicetransformation. Dabei handelt es sich um eine von vier möglichen strategischen Stoßrichtungen für produzierende Unternehmen in Richtung Dienstleistungen. Mittels Tiefeninterviews werden 30 Erfolgsfaktoren für die Integration des Geschäftsmodells mit Fokus auf wissensintensive Dienstleistungen identifiziert. Auf Basis einer anschließenden Charakterisierung werden Implikationen für die Praxis abgeleitet.
