Zusammenfassung
Im Rahmen der Agenda 2010 fand nicht nur eine umfassende Änderung des Systems sozialer Sicherung, sondern auch eine tiefgreifende Änderung der Handwerksordnung statt. Das Kemelement der Reform war die Authebung von Markteintrittshürden für selbständige Handwerker.
