Zusammenfassung
Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird gezeigt, wie der Schweizer Textildetailhändler Charles Vögele eine strategische Situationsanalyse Schritt für Schritt durchgeführt hat. Zuerst wurden die relevanten Zielgruppen von Charles Vögele abgegrenzt und deren Bedeutung für das Unternehmen eingeschätzt. Im nächsten Schritt wurde die Ausgangslage bei Rekrutierungszielen und bei psychographischen Markenzielen untersucht. Abschließend wurden mögliche Arbeitgebereigenschaften identifiziert und analysiert, welche Eigenschaften für die Positionierung von Charles Vögele als Arbeitgeber in Frage kommen. In einem Ausblick wird dargestellt, wie Charles Vögele basierend auf den Analyseergebnissen eine Employer Branding-Strategie entwickelt hat.
