Zusammenfassung
Ein zentraler Bestandteil von Employer Branding-Projekten ist die Durchführung einer strategischen Situationsanalyse. Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt auf, welche Bestandteile eine strategische Situationsanalyse umfasst und wie diese methodisch durchgeführt werden kann. Dabei wird zwischen der Analyse von Zielgruppen, Zielen und Arbeitgebereigenschaften unterschieden. In der Analyse der Zielgruppen wird zunächst ermittelt, welche Zielgruppen das Unternehmen anspricht und welche Bedeutung die identifizierten Zielgruppen für das Unternehmen haben. Die Analyse der Ziele untersucht die Ausgangslage bei Rekrutierungszielen und psychografischen Markenzielen. Im letzten Schritt werden Arbeitgebereigenschaften analysiert, die für die Positionierung am Arbeitsmarkt in Frage kommen. Durchläuft ein Unternehmen alle Analyseschritte, liegen am Ende des Prozesses die für die Strategiefindung relevanten Informationen vor.
