Zusammenfassung

Jede Kultur und Gemeinschaft bringt bestimmte Sicherheitsvorstellungen hervor. In der globalen Perspektive, aus der sich viele Sicherheitsfragen stellen, treffen so ganz unterschiedliche Auffassungen und Hintergründe aufeinander. Aber auch innerhalb einzelner Gemeinschaften gibt es individuell unterschiedliche Vorstellungen von Sicherheit. Und dazu kommt schließlich noch, dass sich diese individuellen Auffassungen an unterschiedlichen Orten mit jeweils anderen Sicherheitserwartungen verbinden – etwa auf der Straße im Vergleich mit den eigenen vier Wänden.
