Der vorliegende Beitrag beschreibt die Entwicklung eines Führungsleitbildes mit lebbaren Leitsätzen. Meine Sicht ist die der Kommunikationsverantwortlichen, die parallel dazu die Rolle der Beraterin für Geschäftsführung und Leitung von Human Ressources (HR) in internen OE-Projekten innehat.
