Abstract
Tom, Ina and Norm may be especially interested in the methodology of this thesis as an indicator of whether the results will withstand the ‘practice-test’. In short, this thesis follows Witte’s call for research in business administration to derive scientific results and practical implications at the same time (Witte, 1972, p. 7). To achieve this aim, the overarching research paradigm may best be described as a design science paradigm.
