Abstract
In this chapter, the syntactic elements of a propositional variant of ALICA (coined pALICA) are introduced step-by-step. The next chapter introduces corresponding semantics. In Chapter 8, we extend this basic language to the first-order case. Intuitively, the basic problem targeted here can be formulated quite concisely: A team of agents needs to act towards a common goal in a coherent and coordinated manner.
