Zusammenfassung
Wir werden uns in diesem Kapitel mit Methoden befassen, die geeignet sind, Veränderungen der Teilchenzahl und der Zellmasse in einer Population einzelliger Organismen quantitativ zu erfassen. Einige der zu besprechenden Methoden sind auch auf mehrzellige Mikroorganismen anwendbar.
