Zusammenfassung
Zur Behebung des Vorfalles des Scheidenblindsacks stehen verschiedene Wege offen: der abdominale Weg, bei dem eine Sakropexie der ventralen Fixation vorzuziehen ist, und die Vaginaefixatio sacrospinalis vaginalis, deren Vorteil in der gleichzeitigen Möglichkeit der Korrektur einer Zystorektozele sowie einer Enterozele besteht. Eine zu kurze oder narbig verengte Vagina (vorausgegangene Eingriffe) eignet sich nicht für das vaginale Prozedere.
