Zusammenfassung
Die vaginale Hysterektomie als gynäkologischer Standardeingriff ist eine relativ einfache Operation, trotzdem werden verschiedenste Techniken beschrieben. Komphkationen sind zu einem großen Teil durch die richtige Indikationsstellung vermeidbar. „Artistische“ Übungen und grenzwertige Indikationen lohnen nicht.
