Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel werden das Prinzip der hierarchischen Produktionsplanung und die bisherige Entwicklung dieses Lösungsansatzes dargestellt. Ausgangspunkt ist das am M.I.T. als Fallstudie bei einem Reifenhersteller, d.h. für eine Mehrproduktfirma mit einstufiger, losweiser Produktion und saisonabhängiger Nachfrage, entwickelte Modell von Hax und Meal1), das in Abschnitt 2.1. als Grundmodell vorgestellt wird.
