Zusammenfassung

Der Anteil kindlischer Harnsteine ist im Gegensatz zur erwachsenen Bevölkerung relativ selten [3], Obgleich Passmore [4] 1953 über ein endemisches Steinleiden bei thailändischen Kindern berichtet, fand Campell [1] bei Kindersektionen lediglich in 0,6% Nierensteine. Malek und Kelalis [2] gaben für den nordamerikanischen Raum eine Häufigkeit von 0,05% an.
