Abstract

The necessity of a new classification for the lymphoid neoplasias is quite evident to all pathologists. Today, we have too many classifications. More than six were published during the last three years [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10]. So many classifications leads to real confusion, particularly for the clinician. My purpose is not to expound upon our own classification used at the Hotel-Dieu of Paris.
