Abstract
A geodynamic map of Costa Rica has been compiled from different sources. The map includes Plio-Pleistocene to Recent volcanic centers, magnitude Mb≥4.5 earthquakes for the period 1964 to 1986, interplate and intraplate focal mechanism solutions for selected earthquakes, Quaternary and Recent faulting, Bouguer gravimetric anomalies with free air anomalies offshore, heat flow, and neotectonic stress directions.
