Arcto-Tertiary ’93 : Perspectives and Prospects

  • Conference paper
Cenozoic Plants and Climates of the Arctic

Part of the book series: NATO ASI Series ((ASII,volume 27))

Abstract

I was asked by the editors to write this short article in the style of a critical review, mainly concerning the scientific aspects of the closed sessions of the Workshop, that took place in Hampshire. I have not seen the other manuscripts contained in this volume nor the edited reports of the working groups that follow this chapter. The Hampshire Workshop resolved work programmes for completion before June 1996 and these are outlined in the final chapter of this volume.
