Zusammenfassung
Die Bedeutung von GTP-bindenden Proteinen, wie z.B. RAS und p21, in der Entwicklung von verschiedensten Tumoren wurde molekularbiologisch und immunhistochemisch untersucht. Die Überexpression des Ras-oncogen-proteins (p21) konnte bei Tumoren an Hand einer semi-quantitativen immunhistochemischen Methode nachgewiesen werden [5]. Über die Korrelation zwischen Expression von G-Proteinen und stimulierenden Mutationen [2] liegen zur Zeit keine Daten vor. Es war das Ziel der vorliegenden Studie, mit einer semi-quantitativen Methode (mit Western-Blot), dem Nachweis von G-Protein-Expression, die Korrelation zwischen G-Protein-Mutation und Expression zu ermitteln.
