Zusammenfassung

Eine Thymus-Injektion von Donoralloantigen unter kurzzeitiger Immunsuppression führt in verschiedenen MHC-inkompatiblen Transplantationsmodellen zur spezifischen Immuntoleranz [1,2]. Der Einfluß einer Alloantigeninjektion auf die Transplantatabstoßung in sensibilisierten Empfängern ist jedoch bisher unbekannt Diese Untersuchung analysiert die Wirkung der Alloantigengabe in den Thymus in einem wohldefinierten Modell der akzelerierten Herztransplantatabstoßung in sensibilisierten Ratten [3].
