Zusammenfassung
Kontinenzerhaltende sphinkternahe colorektale Resektionen beeinflussen je nach Ausmaß das postoperative funktionelle Ergebnis. In der vorliegenden Arbeit sollen die wesentlichen Einflußfaktoren auf die Kontinenz anhand von 4 verschiedenen Operationsverfahren im Vergleich zu darmgesunden Kontrollen herausgearbeitet werden. Die untersuchten Operationen sind: 1. die colopouchanale Anastomose (CPA); 2. die colo-anale Anastomose (CCA); 3. der ileoanale Pouch (IAP); 4. die ileorektale Anastomose (IRA).
