Zusammenfassung

Neben der Mortalität und Morbidität ist die Evaluierung der Lebensqualität (LQ) einer der wichtigsten Outcome-Parameter [1] nach Lebertransplantation und zunehmend wichtig bei der Indikationsstellung zur OLT. Bisherige Untersuchungen zur LQ nach OLT beschränken sich auf die Auswertung von nicht validierten Fragebögen [2], allgemeinen Indices [3] oder komplizierten psychometrischen Testverfahren [4]. Zur Erkennung feiner Unterschiede erscheint die Anwendung eines krankheitsspezifischen LQ-Index erforderlich [5], der einfach und in die klinische Routine integrierbar ist.
