Zusammenfassung
Die Indikation zur Lebertransplantation wird bei malignen Tumoren der Leber zunehmend seltener gestellt. Der Grund hierfür sind die wegen häufiger Lokalrezidive und Fernmetastasen unbefriedigenden Langzeitergebnisse. Zur Verbesserung dieser Situation sind grundlegende Kenntnisse über die wechselseitige Beeinflussung von Tumorwachstum und Transplantatabstoßungsreaktion, insbesondere unter Berücksichtigung einer immunsuppressiven und zytostatischen Therapie erforderlich. Ziel unserer tierexperimentellen Untersuchung war es, mit Hilfe eines kombinierten Transplantat-Tumor-Modells Erkenntnisse über diese komplexen Wechselwirkungen zu erlangen.
