Zusammenfassung
Genetische Algorithmen haben sich als effiziente Alternative zu den rechenintensiven, exakten Verfahren und einfachen Heuristiken zur Lösung kombinatorischer Optimierungsprobleme erwiesen. Aufgrund ihrer natürüchen Parallelität eignen sie sich besonders für den Einsatz auf Transputemetzen beliebiger Größe.
