Zusammenfassung

Das Verhalten dynamischer System läßt sich auf zwei grundsätzlich verschiedene Arten darstellen: In beschreibenden (statistischen) Modellen wird lediglich bisher beobachtetes Verhalten nachgeahmt durch geeignete mathematische Formulierungen, die über die Beobachtungsdaten parametrisiert werden. In erklärenden (strukturtreuen) Modellen wird versucht, das Systemen in seiner verhaltensbestimmenden Struktur nachzubilden, wobei es über Realparameter parametrisiert wird.
