Abstract
The liver is one of the favorite sites for metastatic cancer, providing a suitable environment for the growth of neoplastic cells. Malignant lymphomas, leukemic cells, metastases and primary liver tumors develop readily within this organ. The dual blood supply, size of the organ, and abundant availability of nutritional material are factors favoring tumor growth [1].
