Zusammenfassung

Ein zentrales Problem der heutigen Chemotherapie ist das Auftreten von Übelkeit und Erbrechen als Nebenwirkung vieler Zytostatika. Zu den stärksten emetogen wirkenden Chemotherapeutika gehört Cisplatin, wobei bei höheren Dosierungen nahezu alle Patienten erbrechen bzw. unter Übelkeit leiden [2].
