Die Pharmakotherapie bei akutem Herzinfarkt und beim akuten Herztod ist gerade in Verbindung mit einer Reanimation zwar eng begrenzt, häufig eine prophylaktische oder symptomatische Maßnahme, auf jeden Fall aber äußerst differenziert, gefährlich und nie schematisch.
