Zusammenfassung

Die allogene Transplantatabstoßung bedient sich zweier unterschiedlicher Wege der Antigenerkennung, zum einen der direkten Präsentation allogener Haupthistokompatibilitätsantigene (MHC) auf Transplantatzielzellen an T-Lymphozyten und zum anderen der indirekten Präsentation immunogener Spenderantigene auf empfängereigenen antigenpräsentierenden Zellen (APCs) an Effektorzellen der Empfängerimmunantwort [1, 2].
