Abstract
In contrast to the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the European Model does not use such detailed subdivision and description of the single elements. As mentioned before, the European Model chooses an “open” concept which can be applied by all kinds and sizes of organisations. Therefore the given sub-criteria or the listed details should only be understood as examples and suggestions which can be used if relevant and ignored where justifiable.
