Abstract
Within the European Model for Business Excellence, the term Benchmarking is mainly used in connection with results criteria (Customer Satisfaction, People Satisfaction, Impact on Society, Business Results)307. The model demands the presentation of competitors’ and best-in-class companies’ performances and the comparison of the home company with these.308
