Abstract
Water conservation strategies and the regional plan for the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve (DDBR) offer a synthetic view of Romanian efforts to find the right solutions to two major problems:
-
how to protect water resources, and
-
how to set up a framework for regional planning and management of the DDBR.
