Corrective Osteotomies of the Lower Extremity after Trauma

Abstract

We performed a total of 314 proximal femoral osteotomies at the Tübingen Trauma Clinic from 1975 to 1982. Ninety-seven of these osteotomies were necessitated by posttraumatic changes. This series does not include primary repositioning osteotomies for vertical fractures of the femoral neck.
